I tried contacting your customer support on 15th July 2025 regarding a reservation from X to Y. Unfortunately, the calls were handled very poorly — my questions were ignored and the calls were cut off abruptly without resolution. This happened with multiple agents and has caused unnecessary stress and confusion.
Please take serious action to improve service quality and ensure proper handling of customer queries. I expect a clear response to my reservation question and steps taken to avoid such incidents in the future Was this information helpful? |
