I am Hitesh Pathak, [protected], I have been an Victim of the FRAUD COMPANY M/S. SG BAJRANG LOGISTICS PVT LTD on 25th we had contacted to VRL Logistics and in return received the call from SG Bajrang Logistics Pvt Ltd "Sir recently we had call Logged from your Number, Sir how can we help you. We Had the Conversation and following was finalised
1. Bed Size 1 PC 6 feet x 5 Feet with 3 Person to Handle Pickup and Drop from Mumbai to Ahmedabad Rs. 5500/-.
2. On Day of Pickup 27.12.2021(Monday) only 2 Person Came and Started their Mischief and we settled to Pay Rs. 6000/- + Rs. 1500/- for the Additional Panel with an Extra Person to Support them i.e. 4 Person will bring down the Bed from 2nd Floor and will not be Damaged.
3. Within 5 Minutes again the Mischief Started and we were asked to Pay Rs. 8200/- after Negotiation instead of Rs. 7500/- and we agreed for the Same. But the Mischief never ended here, the Two Person never Engaged or bought the Additional Person and the TWO Person Themself Manage to Bring the Bed Down Damaging My Hall Plinth and Door Panel which was Newly Coloured one week ago. However we requested the Person working at our Home to Support the Two Person of M/s. SG Bajrang Logistics Pvt Ltd.
4. From Pickup Point only My Consigment (Double Bed) was Damaged by those Two Employees of M/s. SG Bajrang Logistics Pvt Ltd. as the same was just Pushed on the Floors and Huge Bang on the Staircase atleast 40 Times and those Two Employees informed their Office that we had brought 2 more Persons to bring the Double Bed Down.
5. More Mischief was that we were not given any Challan of Collection of our Goods and we were informed that we will send the Photos of Packing of Bed by EOD, on 28th the whatsapp Received that pls send your Aadhar Card Photo on Making Enquiry the Staff Banged on me as why I had not given the Aadhar Card when Driver has Asked you to Give and their i had told him neither your office nor your driver has Asked me for the Aadhar Card.
6. We were informed that the Consigment will go by Midnight of 29.12.2021 and will be delivered at Ahmedabad by 30.12.2021, on 31.12.2021 we were informed on making enquiry that your material is reached at Aslali, Gujarat Ahmedabad on 30.12.2021 but till Now i.e. 02.01.2022 at Noon 12.50 pm we have not received our Consignment. M/s. SG Bajrang Logistics Pvt Ltd. is just playing Mischief they had not yet given the Contact Number of their Branch at Aslali, Gujarat, Surprisingly they have the Mail id which is not yet Shared to US where they had Instructed to do the Fast Delivery not Marked CC to us for the Proof and the UGLY Part they Themself dont have the MOBILE or CONTACT Number of their Aslali Gujarat Branch.
7. From 27.12.2021 the Company M/s. SG Bajrang Logistics Pvt Ltd. with their Employees is just giving us the Unpredictable Shocks and has Handled my Consigment in very very Bad Way before my Eyes, dont know the Handling down behind my back.
8. The Directors has also played the Mischief by not giving the Information to their Employees about their Branches Contact Numbers and Fraud Pickup Employees who gives the false information to the Client and Damages the Consignment in front of Client and above all Staff who never informs the Requirement from the Client (MY Aadhar Card) and abuses the Client that Client gives wrong Information and client not Supports on asking the Documents.
