I have paid my house tax bill of Rs. 1935.66 (using credit card) against PIN number KN59493 on 23 June 2025 via portal www.onlinegnn.com. after the payment was processed the payment gateway landed me to the home page without generating receipt or any acknowledgement of payment.
However, the amount was deducted from my card but I couldn't get the payment receipt of nor it is reflecting on website. I have transaction no. And message from bank for payment deduction.
