Sgs India Private Limited — Not conducting classes on time

I am bipin lalji padhra from ahmedabad, gujarat. My enrollment no is[protected] and course code is pgdfsqm. I had taken admission for the year 2015. My study centre was sgs india private limited in ahmedabad. They conducted theory classes and few practical classes only. But from may 2016 no classes were conducted and there was no response till now for classes. I cleared all my theory papers and even my project repot. But i am am unable to apply for degree only because there were no practical classes conducted till now.

I am so depressed with sgs private limited. I request you to take very strict action against them so that they conduct classes on time. I have lost hope now that i will get degree from ignou or not.
