I hope this letter finds you in good health. I wish to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding a fraudulent overseas job consultancy firm that has cheated many individuals by falsely promising job opportunities abroad. I am also a victim of this scam.
I approached a company named Shara Info Developers. Their addresses are as follows:

2. Vel Nagar, 2nd Street, near E.B. Office, M.M.D.A. Colony, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600095.
They advertised lucrative job opportunities in Singapore and assured me of a genuine job offer. They demanded ₹5, 55, 000 for visa processing, documentation, and other informal charges. Trusting their promises, I paid a total of ₹3, 73, 000. However, a few days after receiving the payment, I began to suspect their actions. On October 22, 2024, I visited their office in person and informed them that I was dissatisfied with their service and wished to cancel my application. They instructed me to send an email for cancellation and assured me that the amount I paid would be refunded within 90 days.
As of today, more than 90 days have passed since October 22, 2024, and they have only refunded ₹2, 00, 000. The remaining amount has not been returned. They are now avoiding my calls and refusing to provide any response. Even when I visit their office in person, they give excuses and delay the matter. This fraudulent behavior has caused financial and emotional distress to innocent job seekers like me.
Upon further investigation, I learned that many others have also been victims of this scam.
I humbly request your intervention in this matter:
1. I urge you to ensure that justice is served for individuals like me who cannot afford to fight against such wealthy fraudsters.
- Due to the financial strain and mental stress caused by this fraud, I got high blood pressure (BP), for which they are entirely responsible.
- Any harm to my life resulting from this situation will also be their responsibility.
- They must return the remaining amount along with interest and principal immediately. - to ensure that I receive justice.
2. Please investigate the fraudulent activities of Shara Info Developers and take strict legal action against them.
I have attached relevant documents, including payment receipts, communication records, advertisements, and brochures for your reference. I trust that you will take prompt action to resolve this issue.
