Shabana — Ghmc worker not taking garbage

I am shabana living in padmarao nagar ghmc swachh telangana workers are not taking garbage from our apartment. He took rupees 100 in last month 7th june 2021 simultaneously this month also on 6th July 2021 but he is not coming to take garbage. He acts rude ignorant and misbehave racist. He takes from every flat of our apartment but he doesn't take from 4 th floor our flat. I want ghmc to respond to this issue and solve the problem. We have infants and children at home. Due to garbage issue we are facing mosquitoes and infections problems. Plz do solve our problem.
