We had submitted our car MH02-DJ3910 on 15/09/2016 for regular servicing, at Kondhwa branch, We had a discussion with Mr. Sarvotam (Tel [protected]) had a requested for a regular servicing of our vehicle . Instead he had prepared a Job sheet for AC cleaning, which we insisted was not needed as it was working perfectly correct, So we requested him to not service the Air Conditioner and proceed ahead with the regular servicing, , We took the delivery of our vehicle a day after on 16/09/2016, but later in the evening we realize the Air conditioner was not working, , , we are sure it was malpractice from Mr . Sarvotam who represents Sai Service, , , ,
We hope some disciplinary action is taken towards Mr. Sarvotam and the necessary action is taken to rectify the problem ..
