Issue Summary:
I placed an order for clothing items with @shadessltd and was promised delivery within 8-10 days. It has now been over 20 days, and I have not received my order. I have attempted to reach out multiple times via Instagram messages, but my messages are being ignored or left unread.

This seller appears to be operating fraudulently, collecting payments and then ceasing communication, which strongly suggests intent to cheat customers.
