Shadofax — Fake Pickup Cancellations & Return Theft by Shadowfax Delivery Executive

"I am a registered e-commerce seller. I am facing severe harassment and financial loss due to the Shadowfax courier service and their delivery executives in my area (Rajkot).

Firstly, the pickup executive never arrives for daily order pickups. Instead, he updates fake statuses like 'Seller not ready' and cancels the shipments. This fake cancellation is heavily damaging my seller dispatch metrics and account health.

Secondly, I am facing massive return (RTO) frauds. The original products I dispatch are being stolen in transit and replaced with heavy stones or cheap plastic items before the return parcel is handed back to me. The packaging is completely tampered with by the courier staff.

This is clear courier theft and gross negligence. I request the higher management of Shadowfax to investigate the Rajkot hub, take strict action against the responsible executives, and resolve my pickup and return theft issues immediately. I have all photo evidence and shipping labels to prove this fraud."
