Shadow Fax Courier — Pickup request kept re-scheduling again and again

Shadowfax this has been one of the worst courier service experiences I have ever had in Gorakhpur. I placed a return request with Nykaa Fashion for a wrong product; the request number is R[protected]NYK. The delivery rider gives a missed call, updates the status as "customer not reachable, " and at the end of the day I receive a notification that I had rescheduled which I never did. They keep rescheduling the pickup. This has been happening for the past 3 days.

There is no support from customer care. The rider (RUPESH SHANKAR SRIVASTAVA, [protected]) either disconnects the call or immediately denies pickup, saying, "I won't complete the pickup; do whatever you want to do." This issue keeps repeating again and again. First there was a delay in delivery, and now I have to struggle to get my refund. Such inaccurate updates not only delay the overall process but also cause inconvenience and frustration.
Please help me resolve this and process my refund.
