I placed a prepaid order via Boldfit, and Shadowfax was assigned as the delivery partner. Despite repeated messages claiming the product would be delivered each day, it has not been. The status falsely says "customer not contactable" even though no attempt was made to call me. They also provided a fake contact number for the delivery agent. I’ve lost time, peace of mind, and trust. I demand compensation from both companies for this harassment.I have been wasting my time every day behind this one package and I'm in this since 29th my order was to be delivered by 27th and it's not delivered till now even after my every day email and help support also did not contact when I tried to contact it was an automated call.I have completely lost my patience and I have lost my mind I demand my order as well as compensation from both the companies for their inconvenience and false updates they are providing me with false contact number that no one picks up the call or it's switched off.I want you to respond as early as possible.
