I ordered a suit from Instagram Shop

I communicated with them via WhatsApp, and they instructed me to take a screenshot of the suit I wanted and send it to them. They then requested an advance payment of Rs 70, which I promptly made. They assured me that my order would be delivered within 7 days.
On March 22, 2024, I received a text message confirming the delivery date. Later that day, I received a WhatsApp message from shagun.clothing stating that my delivery would arrive shortly and If you have got any text message then please show it. I copied and pasted the text message as it is. The delivery person, claiming to be from Amazon, arrived at 1:16 PM around and demanded Rs 954 for the product. Despite my suspicions, I paid the amount at 1:23Pm from my UPI.
Upon opening the parcel, I discovered a completely different product a low-quality top. I immediately contacted them via message and attempted several phone calls, but they blocked me on WhatsApp. I am seeking a refund of my hard-earned money.
I urge action to be taken against individuals who openly engage in such fraudulent activities. I demand justice and a refund. I am reaching out for assistance with the hope of resolving this matter. I have all full proof how they cheated me.
