As per code of wear men should wear jeans, but in that particular company GM is pressurizing not to wear it, wear short pant, dhoti or losse pant .what non sense is going on with the Gm he doesn't has presence of mind.Many company employee are complaining about that but they are being suppressed saying that we will fire you if you not wear.Such poor management is going on this company I don't know.Whenever some official come for audit they tell employee don't complaint about anything, it can close the company.just take proper action on it, then I know what options are available to take action in the harrasment of employees.
