Shahu Tours — Tour Cancelled by Shahu Tours 30,000 Paid, No Refund Even After 4 Weeks

I booked a tour with Shahu Tours, located in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, and paid ₹30, 000 in advance on 29 May 2025 via UPI. The tour was scheduled for 6 to 13 June 2025.

The company cancelled the tour just before the scheduled date and sent an email on 4 June 2025, promising to refund the full amount within 7 working days.

It has now been more than 4 weeks and no refund has been issued. Despite repeated follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone calls, they have not returned the money.
