Recently i had my travel from Bengaluru till Mumbai dated 7/01/2024 from paulo travels PNR no.[protected].
in the mid night around 4am the bus got broke down due to some reason and the passengers were shifted to other bus which wasn't the Paulo travel . it was jacar travel and the bus driver again charged us for the trip .
the paulo driver told me that the money against your travel and PNR will be refunded but so far no news on the same from Paulo travel inspite of raising so many complaints. no action had been taken so far from paulo travel.
