Shakthi Driving School — promised service not provided and cheated by the company

On dated 25.09.2018 I Vasu. B and my wife namely Ranjitha H R were admitted to Shakthi driving School through the driving school representative Shri Ravi Rai. The above said representative was explained us that total amount for each person will be 6000/- the said amount incurred 15 driving classes and LLR/LMV License fee and suggested to admit the Driving class by paying Rs.6000/- and remaining 6000/-amount may pay on the final LMV driving test day. Accordingly we both o[censored]s admitted to above said Diving school for learning LMV driving and to get driving license and paid sum of Rs. 6000/-. The Shakthi Driving school was gave 06 driving classes for both o[censored]s out of 15 outdoor driving class and further suggested to take remaining class during nearest days of final driving test which helps to give better driving test at RTO office as well as it is helps to improve the self confidence in driving test. Further they did not book the LLR slots for us and on my repeated request and several visits they finally booked the LLR test slot but they did not informed the same in advance to us nor confirmed the day while LLR slots booking . On the evening as on 13.12.2018 I received a telephone call from above said driving school and stated that tomorrow i.e. 14.12.2019 they booked 02 LMV LLR test slots both o[censored]n then I replied that without conducting indoor theory class how can you people book the LMV LLR test slot before booking the slot they supposed to be conducted one theory class regarding traffic rules but they failed to do so. Then they intimated they will postponed the LMV LLR test slot and further slot will be booked only after conducting of theory class by them. After lapse of 08 months of period the Shakthi driving school personnel did not taken the remaining 09 classes for me and my wife and not booked the slots for LLR test as well as final LMV driving test. I repeatedly requesting to Driving school authority to complete driving class but they are not responded properly and the Driving School representative who admitted us was blocked my mobile phone call. I repeatedly several times visited to asking about driving classes the above said driving school authority stated that, at present they facing the problem in shortage of Driving learning cars. I asked to refund an amount of Rs. 6000 Which paid by me at the time of admission but they stated that, there is no any provisions in their company to refund the amount and they will provide driving class and driving test slots as and when possible. Hence it is requested that suitable directions may kindly be issued to concerned Driving school authority to refund an amount of Rs. 6000 at the earliest please.
