Shakti Travels Jaipur — My horrible experience

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the bus journey I took on July 17, 2023, from Jaipur to Delhi. I booked bus HR55AB0965, which was scheduled to depart from Narayan Singh Circle at 12:30 AM.
When I arrived at the pickup location at 12:15 AM, the bus was not there. I got a call from the bus company person, but I don’t know hindi, thats why I given the phone to a nearby auto driver. As per the bus company man and auto driver chat he told me that the bus was not coming to Narayan Singh Circle and that I should go to Sindhi Camp instead. I took the same autorickshaw to Sindhi Camp, but when I arrived, received another call from the bus company saying that the bus had actually arrived at Narayan Singh Circle, again we returned to Narayan Singh Circle and I paid 400 rupees for the autorickshaw.
The bus departed from Narayan Singh Circle near by 1 AM. At around 3:30 AM, the bus broke down at the location shown in the Google Maps link below: ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/6WzwFPC84YJCYuL2A (27°34'26.2"N 76°55'48.7"E 27.573943, 76.930198 ) The passengers were shifted to Shakti’stwo other buses, which were already full, the damaged vehicle passengers were trapped and continue the travel in tick standing position for two and a half hours. At last arrived at Delhi near by 6AM.
I booked an AC sleeper ticket for this journey. Due to the bus breakdown, I was forced to stand on the bus for two and a half hours with no legroom. I am now suffering from pain in my neck and groin. I have also lost a day's salary of Rs.5333, as I am a journalist and I was unable to go to work today.
I am requesting a refund of the following amounts:
• Rs.400 for the autorickshaw ride
• Rs.838 for the bus ticket
• Rs.5333 for the day's salary
A total of Rs.6571.
If I do not receive a refund within 7 days, I will be filing a case against the bus company. I will also be seeking compensation for my medical expenses.
I have attached my ticket details and a photo of the passengers traveling inside the bus as proof of my complaint.
