I booked my venue car at shakun hyundai motors BHARATPUR(Rajasthan) on 14th sept but due too long waiting perid i purchased my venue car fron Hyundai jaipur.
i Submitted my required document at Shakun hyundai motors -Bharatpur on 29th sept but till today after 11 days i didnt recieve refunf booking amount.
when i discused Mr.Rohitash kumar ( sales executive in shakun motors) his behave was so rude.
HYUNDAI BRAND Reputation is very high but some dealers and executive are trying to hurt brand reputation.
what should i do for getting my Booking amount refund.
