Shambhu Yadav — illegal construction

I am residing in nandgram r block where my street completely covered by illegal construction. Gda provided 15 ft street today which becomes 5ft. People say here is no administration and if you have capabilities then capture it. I had written so many times but no action taken as yet. Again i am writing with some home. Our street position is very bad plz see as we are going to claim smart city. Regards sy
