Shanthi Krishna Indane Distributors, Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalore 60 — Delivery Tips demanding

Today I got my first delivery after we shifted our new residence, we need to change the distributor from reshma indane distributor to shanthakrishana indane distributors, kommaghatta road, kengeri satellita town, blore 60.

Delivery guy demanding rs. 50/-, reason he says for apartment this is the rate, and his godown is 12 to 15 kms away he need to all way go pick etc.,

I gave him Rs. 20/-, i will talk to your office, balance next time, he insisting balance at least 20 i need to pay, next he may not come .

Please look into the matter, already the cylinder cost is more, this is an added burden for we middle class working family to pay. Being an working women on our own interest and due courtesy i pay rs. 30/- since he come when we are at home [odd hours] to reshma delivery guys, he was very happy also.

But to my surprise this delivery guy from shanthkrishna indane demanding rs. 40/- to 50/- is very very very unfair to pay as tips, when we are paying for the cylinder with tax.

Please please look into the matter and direct shanthkrishna indane distributors to give necessary instructions & warning to their delivery guys.

Please note : i suggest to better include reasonable delivery charges in the bill itself [standard charges] so as to avoid clash and waste of time in argument with these delivery guys, and raising issue since we are working ladies hardly we have time to spare.
