I placed an order for 41 plants on December 15, 2024, and after numerous follow-ups, the parcel finally arrived on December 21, 2024. To my utter disappointment, only 12 plants were delivered instead of the 41 I had ordered. To make matters worse, the plants were shockingly tiny and in poor condition, far from what was promised.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, my calls and messages were completely ignored. After relentless chasing, they sent a second parcel on January 2, 2025. However, this delivery was even more disastrous—the plants were completely dried out and unusable.
This company has proven to be utterly irresponsible, unprofessional, and deceitful. They have not only wasted my time, money, and energy but have also severely damaged my trust in online nurseries.
