I, [Akash R ], residing at [4/11, mettukuppam road, 4th block MMDA colony
Maduravoyal, Chennai-95], would like to lodge a complaint against Sharaa Info Developers, who cheated me and many others under the false promise of providing job placements in top MNC companies.
On 23.12.2024, I received a call from Sharaa Info Developers. They assured me that I would get a job placement in a top MNC company within 45 days, provided I paid ₹2, 00, 000/- as a service fee. Trusting their words, I made payments as follows:
₹2, 000 on 23.12.2024 (Registration Fee)
₹20, 000 on 26.12.2024
₹20, 000 on 27.12.2024
₹10, 000 on 01.01.2025
₹30, 000 on 02.01.2025
₹45, 000 on 06.01.2025
₹25, 000 on 06.01.2025
₹50, 000 on 13.01.2025
Total Paid: ₹2, 02, 000/-
After collecting the entire money, they failed to provide me with any job placement. Whenever I tried to follow up, they gave silly excuses like being on leave, not well, etc. Eventually, they stopped responding to my calls.
I lodged a complaint on 26.08.2025 at Maduravoyal Police Station. After that, the accused promised me they would refund the money, but till date, not a single rupee has been returned. When I personally went to their office, the owner even threatened me.
This is a clear case of Cheating (IPC Sec. 420), Criminal Breach of Trust (IPC Sec. 406), and Criminal Intimidation (IPC Sec. 506).

Investigate as many more people have also lost money to this company.
