My cousin was falsely promised job placement by the company within a month in exchange for an upfront payment of three months' salary. Based on this promise, He made the following payments:
Registration Fee: ₹2, 000 on [11-APR-2024]
Payment 1: ₹50, 000 on [16-APR-2024]
Payment 2: ₹50, 000 on [22-APR-2024]
Payment 3: ₹50, 000 on [23-APR-2024]
Medical Test Fee: ₹25, 000 on [30-APR-2024]
Following these payments, communication with the company became increasingly difficult. They offered constant excuses, including employee leave and unavailability, to avoid fulfilling their promise. Despite waiting 4 months, He never received a job placement.
On 20-Jul-2024, He emailed Shaara Info Developers Pvt. Ltd. requesting a refund. He followed up with a phone call to the HR department, but received no response. Repeated attempts to contact the company via phone calls and messages have been unsuccessful. Notably, the manager, identified as Shiva, threatened to withhold my refund and disregard any legal action I might take.
This behavior is a blatant attempt at fraud. I urge others to be cautious of Shaara Info Developers Pvt. Ltd.'s deceptive job placement practices. The company involves several individuals, including:
