When I received a Call from Sharaa InfoDeveloper, The Person name is (Akshara), She said their doings, Fee's details and then asked me about my basics educational details and After that received a call from another person (Varsha) she send me the list of companies(Accenture, Thoughtworks, Wipro)to choose one for further process would position me as a Java Developer Role with 7 LPA with the Consultancy Charges of 1.75 Lacs.
I Choose Thoughtworks(7 LPA) Company.She said there will be a Two rounds of Process, one is technical round & HR Round.So Before TR you have to pay 50K initially to start the process, So I pay 40K (22/08/2025) Bank Transaction to given Account number for Shara Infotech, They sent me a Receipts for paid Registration fees(2K) and Initial Amount (40K .And Then She arrange a Technical Round interview, But that TR was not proper form of interview, Because it was just zoom meeting link from the Sharainfotech Domain (not from the TW domain link) in that Meeting happens with 4-5 questions from Java, reason for cap like that.After that, I was getting a doubt about their process because they imposed me to pay balance 10k & Second set amount 65K (But, I didn't pay).Theirs full focus are in Money minded only.
Then, I googling about their details and Spoke to some of candidates who ever getting cheated by them and then I was shocked coz there will be only negative reviews only with fully money minded. And then I Stop it, I send a Refund mail to (careers.[protected]@gmail.com) this Id.
After that, They said, there will be GST Deduction of 18% GST, 2% Gateway charges, and 5% cancellation charges (They didn't tell me about the GST related details when i was enquired their process on before starting).
I Call to Refund team(Pooja) and Divya(Head) said i can't pay any GST amount, So refund my 40K.
After Heat conversation with Both, They are reduce & comeup with 18% GST Compulsary, I was not ready to accept that 18%. Then, They give me a assurance we will initially send the GST deduction amount (32, 800) with a GST Invoice Bill and After that we will claim the 18% GST amount and send the remaining of (7, 200K) sir, So Kindly accept it sir.
Above all the process are done in (26/09/2025).Your Amount will be send on before (24/11/2025).
Its almost 2 Months end, Right now i didn't get any refund amount. In Between, I try to called pooja, But, They not even response or Tell me a silly reasons like "I was in Meeting", I was in Medical leave", "I going to office" Like that. If response to me means until 1 ring out of 5-6 rings perday.If its Continous for longTerm means, I will face it in Legally.
