Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sharra Info Developers Pvt Ltd for fraudulent practices and unethical behavior regarding a job placement process. Below is a detailed account of my experience:
1. Initial Registration:
On December 6, 2023, I contacted the consultancy regarding a job opportunity in Singapore.
They informed me that registration was mandatory to proceed, so I paid ₹3, 000 on December 7, 2023.
2. Quotation and Promises:
Their HR informed me that I had been selected and sent me a quotation, promising job processing would take 45-60 days.
On December 18, 2023, they demanded an initial payment of ₹84, 000, which I paid.
3. Additional Payments:
On December 28, 2023, they demanded ₹35, 000 for medical processing. Despite facing difficulties due to heavy rain, I arranged the amount and paid it on January 1, 2024.
On January 27, 2024, they demanded another ₹1, 75, 000 for job processing, which I also paid. I received receipts for these payments.
4. Unresponsive Behavior and Fake Promises:
After making the payments, they started avoiding my calls. The HR representative, Ms. Shruthi, changed her phone number, and another coordinator, Ms. Anu, refused to assist further.
After months of persistent follow-ups and emails, they directed me to Mr. Raja, who arranged a fake Zoom interview. He later claimed I was placed at Shine Precision Engineering Company in Singapore with a salary of 5, 000 SGD.
5. Final Demands and Threats:
Mr. Raja demanded 3, 500 SGD immediately, without providing any legitimate offer letter or In-Principle Approval (IPA) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
When I refused, citing my financial struggles, he threatened to cancel the job and withhold a refund.
This experience has left me emotionally and financially devastated. I have been unemployed for six months and struggling to pay EMIs, loans, and other commitments due to this scam.
Request for Resolution:
I urge you to take immediate action against Sharra Info Developers Pvt Ltd. They are exploiting vulnerable individuals with false promises and tarnishing lives. I kindly request:
1. A full refund of all payments made (₹2, 97, 000 in total).
2. A thorough investigation into their operations to prevent further scams.
3. Strict legal action against the individuals involved.
Attached are all the payment receipts, email correspondence, and evidence supporting my claims. Please let me know if additional details are needed.
