My wagonr car regn no. Dl1rtb5519 accident on 05/06/2018 near jor bagh, new delhi. I have call to rana motors, okhla and inform them about the aforesaid accident. I requested to company for crane and i sent my car through crane sent by rana motors. I have take insurance from rana motors, okhla. They issue insurance policy from oriental insurance and the policy no. Is 215700/31/2018/133574. The issue is that insurance company is not passing (Fender, bonut and one quarter panel) despite that the same has been damaged/cracked/scratched at the time of same accident. Mr. Satender singh (Adviser rana motors-mobile no. [protected]) and mr. Arun (Surveyor-oriental insurance-mobile no. [protected]) is involve in the claim settlement..
