Hello, my name is Aditya Mahajan and I am a resident of Sahakarnagar area in Pune.
My neighbour has 3 dogs being tied and kept in a very small place in their bungalow. They are unattended most of the times and the two owners (Sharad Kakade, Mukund Kakade) don't even live here. They not only beat the dogs but have created a very unhygienic environment for the dogs.
They not only beat the dogs they also keep them tied up all day, all night making the dogs restless and aggressive. They bark all day all night and currently we haven't slept for 4 consecutive days. Need urgent help regarding the same. Was this information helpful? |
