I hire sharma cargo movers and packers to ship my stuff from bangalore to 3 different locations, jalandhar, pathankot and canada.
They came to my house on 18-may-2018 and assured the things will reach within 7 to 8 days. Payment was given in advance.
1. After multiple follows, we got tracking number and got to know that the stuff was shipped from bangalore on 3-june.
2. They took 12 packets from me to be shipped to pathankot, but delivered only 11 and some stuff like bed sheets, quilt covers are missing from it.
3. There was a tv in the consignment to pathankot, for which they charged extra for wooden packing. No wooden packing was done and tv when received was damaged totally.
4. Stuff to canada, they took 7 packets from my home and they repacked it to 5 without my knowledge and confirmation
5. Volume metric weight for which i was charged and the actual sent it different.
6. They charged custom duty from me but actually paid 1/4 of it and not ready the actual expense
They are fraud company, taking customer for a ride. Opening up packed stuff and stealing things from it.
