Mr. Ravi Sharma (M/s Sharma Roadways) gave an invalid GST registration certificate and also asked for INR 1, 00, 000 which was given to him by Skycom Traders which was again financed by Treadstone both having business address at 2, Princep Street, KOLKATA.
Even after repeated requests, he has not credited the amount to Skycom Traders account.
