I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the cancellation of my ticket (PNR:[protected] and the conflicting refund policies communicated by your team and Shreenath Travel Agency, through which I booked my ticket.
Upon contacting Sharma Travels customer care, I was assured that if I cancelled at least 8 hours before boarding, my refund would be processed. However, I was later directed to Shreenath Travel Agency, who informed me that cancellation 6 hours prior would allow for a refund. Despite these assurances, when I attempted to cancel my ticket through the Sharma Travels app, I was met with an error stating my PNR was invalid.
To make matters worse, the Shreenath Travel Agency agent I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional, resorting to shouting instead of assisting me. The lack of clarity and refusal to refund my payment of ₹2200 is unacceptable, and I feel I have denied my consumer rights.
I demand an immediate resolution—either a full refund of ₹2200 or a modification of my travel date to June 29th, 2025. I expect a prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter. Was this information helpful? |
