I had a very disappointing experience while traveling with Shatabdi Travels on the night of 31 May from Fazalganj, Kanpur.
The sleeper coach was in poor condition. There were no proper lights inside the cabin, the fans were not working, and the charging points had no power throughout the journey. This made the trip extremely uncomfortable.
Additionally, the driver kept picking up passengers along the route for personal cash payments instead of only carrying booked passengers. The bus also broke down during the journey, causing further delays and inconvenience.
When passengers asked for updates, the response from the staff was rude and unprofessional. We were told, "If you are in such a hurry, get off the bus."
To make matters worse, the bus did not drop us at the designated stop. Instead, we were left on the highway. I was traveling with my children and faced significant difficulties and safety concerns because of this.
Overall, the service was highly unprofessional, uncomfortable, and irresponsible. I would not recommend Shatabdi Travels based on this experience and request the management to take strict action to improve service quality and passenger safety. Was this information helpful? |
