[Resolved] Shatika - Online Saree — I'm complaining about online saree from website www.Shatika.Co.In

Please do buy any product or saree from Shatika, the saree through Shatika as this Shatika Company is worst and fraud. I bought a product of saree from Shatika and website is www.shatika.co.in and order no. 2167711PO58224212 on 04.11.2015. But they didn't deliver same product to me, totally different saree sent me what I have expected, On website picture saree very bright and looking very good but in real it is too much bad that much of expected and product material is too much poor. So Friends don’t buy anything by the Shatika this is a very cheater and fraud. I think it must be banned.

Shatika E-Retailer Customer Care's response As per our record, understanding and knowledge Ms. Purvi Chauhan has never purchased any Saree with us.The order number that she has provided on this forum is not in the format which we follow - which goes to prove that its a fake one. Ms. Purvi Chauhan is just trying to malign Shatika or may even be a competitor. Even if for a moment we consider what she is describing is true, our policy has always been to have the product returned within 10 days. Customers always have given us credit for our convenient return policy.This forum is a platform for genuine consumer complaints and not for coming up with a cock and bull story. Hope this justifies Shatika's case. Thanks!
