Shaw Toyota Maks Automotive P Ltd. — i did not get the registration certificate of the car purchased in june 2019

I bought yaris no mh 14 hq 1824 in june 2019. The above co. Gave the wrong adress to rto pune for registration hence i did not receive the registration certificate of the car till now, on writing and reminding them there is no response from the co. Please do give instructions to the co to make the corrections and provide me the certificate.
