Shcil Services — SHCIL Services not closing my Trading account

I have a stock market trading account with SHCIL Services which I opened at their Sainikpuri Branch in Secunderabad in 2021.

In Feburary 2022, I wanted to close my trading account with them for which I submitted the required documents with their Sainikpuri branch.

Everything from my side is clear, there are no dues.

Any decent company would have closed the account in a week, but it has been 10 months now, and SHCIL is yet to close the account.

I have had innumerable telephonic and email conversations with them, but all they do is pass on the responsibility to someone else. It is a simple task, yet these people are not able to do it.
