I booked the Cylinder on 28th August 2018, on 30th an auto-generated SMS says Delivery Attempted, could not happened as the "Door was closed" but I am at home all the time. This process continued 3 times.
The booking was made on 28th August with a payable amount 780/-. The re-booking was done on 7th September 2018 by the Agency itself with an increased price Rs 820/- and the delivery was made on 8th September 2018.
The reason provided "Door closed" was baseless because
1. My contact number is mentioned on the bill. In case the door was closed, the delivery boy could have called me.
2. My security says no body came for the cylinder delivery.
When I went to the agency office to ask about this, the owner says;
1. We can not make an inquiry on this, you carry on with yours.
2. The owner was quite rude and without listening to my complaint he started blaming me. Your door was closed, we had to bear the cost of transportation.
3. You got the cylinder. Be happy with this, do not complain as the complaint is baseless.
4. The owner says, DO YOU WANT me to apologize for the delay in delivery, in this case "I APOLOGIZE". This was like another way of saying "### off".
My concerns:
1. I see lots of complaints against this agency. Is it the right FORUM to complain or its a simple blog?
2. The owner says, the customer is not paying for the transportation so its burden on him. I do not get this point. Is he doing some social service?
