1000x2 sheetal blowpure water storage tanks were purchased in 2016 with 5 year warranty card along with purchase bill and now both of those tanks have developed cracks 1 feet above ground level. A complaint was lodged at sheetal helpline number with complaint no.19060380 and they are saying that the tanks should be brought to delhi to get replaced because no distributor is ready to work with sheetal anymore. I checked the number i dialled whether i wrongly called comedy circus ke ajoobe but it turned out be the sheetal helpline number, unfortunately. This is a very unreasonable demand from sheetal tanks company and they should get the tanks replaced or repaired in jaipur only or they may face legal suit in following weeks.
