Dear sir,
As everyone we had also selected the required channels for our set top box and paid money for the same (1650 for box) our operator sheetal communications never came back to collect any bill for a month and automatically disconnected our cable since october. Because of a death in our family even we did not follow it up nor were watching tv.
Today my wife went to select a few new channels and that time the male staff there were very rude to my wife and said it’s not our responsibility to collect ur bill and u have to pay for all these months i[censored] want reconnection..
Our contention
1) we weren’t informed that they won’t be coming home and collecting bills
2) why should we pay when we haven’t got services from october
3) why weren’t we given any notice before disconnection
4) is it right to mistreat a woman and yell at her while visiting their office
Kindly take this matter very seriously and even i will be pursuing this matter very seriously
