I have seen the pics of the car.
You have fiddled with the gear box. I am attaching the pic of my original gearbox which I took before handling over the car. It is different from one which is showing in the pictures.
This is a pure case of fraud. I can lodge a case of 420 in your name and conpanys name.The only way you can settle this matter now is my repairing my car with right parts and transport it to Chennai.
The picture today is totally different from picture taken before handling the car.
If you dont current this.i will make sure your company gets closed and you will be behind the bars.
Please send my car in correct condition as it was handed over to you.

I also have online complaint raised with consumer court and online complaint raised with Punjab
Police.
I am only requested the company to deliver what is being promised and take the balance 13000 for it.
Post this I will rest my case.

The customer is telling that our company have taken more surcharges for their goods . It is not the actual thing . The thing is that when we enquired about their goods, the items were less but on time of loading goods items were more than the customer said. So the company had to make the bill with extra charges for the extra goods.
By the way, we always give complete details of the charges to our customers.
Our company ensure the customers that they will not suffer any kind of problems with our services.

Hi sir,
This is a final official request I am making as a last attempt to solve issues internally.
Post this I will take this matter to
Police.
We had an initial deal to shift our house from Mohali to Chennai at a cost of INR 65000. Later it was agreed at INR 70, 000 including taxes and good quality packaging.
The packaging was done and we gave you a token money of INR 5000.
Then we agreed with you to transport our car-
Honda Accord at the cost of INR 18000 including taxes. We finally had a price of 88000 to agree for transportation of the vehicle and household goods.
Before we started from Mohali, you asked us to pay INR 55000 + INR 500 which we paid through online banking and cash respectively and we agreed to pay rest of the amount INR 32500 at the time of delivery of car and household goods.
Within three days you called us by faking information that the transporter is threatening us to pay entire amount otherwise the good would not reach Chennai. We checked with transporter and he said that our consignment has been stopped because you failed to make payment to them. You had harrassed us mentally until we agreed to pay you additional INR 10, 500 in the name of GST which did not get added to the bill. We transferred INR 35000 to you online. I also have recordings of all voice calls and have WhatsApp message wherein you agreed with this .
When the truck came, you had no clue that is how will the stuff get unloaded. You took entire day to arrange for labour and they did only 50% of the job. I had paid INR 1000 in cash to the labourers. You also promised to send 2 labours the other day but those people also did not arrive.
Today to our shock you told us that our car did not even start from Gurgaon.
You also told us that there is a mechanical fault in the car. The truth is that I gave you my car in full running condition and now it's not even getting started .
Moreover you kept us in dark that the car will arrive on 4th October whereas the truth was that the car never started.
The car vendor told us that you have not made any payment to them. I am suspecting that you have done something to my car because it was mechanically very sound before I gave it to you.
There is a hell lot of mental harrassment we have gone through.
Now to settle this situation, please do the following:
Give or car back in a running condition to Chennai. If you do not give us in Chennai, then give us in running condition at Gurgaon and return our excess money that you have taken that is INR 20500
I will make the pending payment once car is delivered in a running condition.
If you do this peacefully, we can still close this case. Else, I will take the matter to the court and I will also file the case for mental harrassment.
Please note: I have taken this matter to consumer court and I will attach this email + call recordings + WhatsApp messages + quotation of 65000 for shifting while filing FIR.
You make fool of customers by quoting a low amount and then harrass and blackmail them later when their stuff is in your custody and they are helpless to give you more money.
I will also make sure that I put a good feedback about you on online portals so that people are well aware about your fraudulent company and intentions.
I still urge you to close this matter peacefully. I promise you that I will withdraw all my cases against you if you cover up for the loss that you made to me.
