It seems shein doesnt both to resolve customer queries. Its been 15 days, i have been trying to contact them on the order purchased for 5000. Want to book return due to bad quality products. Their numbers no reachable, my orders not showing in my account. I do not know how to contact. Want to file consumer complaint. They have provided zero customer care services.
