Shein India — product not delivered

I am writing this after almost 3 weeks of placing my order. I placed my order on 17th nov and was informed that the order will be placed in 2 weeks. After following up on the know abouts of my order, i was told to wait for a couple of days more. As per the app now, the status showed that it is stuck in delhi hub of the courier company. I got in touch with the courier company and got to know that they have sent my shipment back to shein as i had asked them (Which isn’t true). I called shein customer service and what surprised me is that they told me that the parcel was at their warehouse and was never dispatched, however the courier tracking status in the app showed that the parcel was dispatched from their warehouse. This clearly shows different communication from the company and it's channel partners. Really feel disgusting about the way a simple order is handled at shien with regards to its communication. The operations team and the customer service team at shien should absolutely look at improving the customer experience with shien and communicate more effectively. I would also like to highlight about the pathetic customer service from shown, as they were unempathetic about my condition and rudely asked me to wait for more couple of weeks.
