The Shell Cashless card service is the worst service i have ever known.Recently, i have tried to load cash of Rs. 800 through NEFT but it has never been credited to the card since 2 months.I have got confirmation from the Bank side that the money has been transferred successfully and check at the beneficiary side.They never responded to email "[protected]@shell.com". My card number is[protected]

Not delivering the replaced card.. it's been 5 months. I lost my card 5 months back.. contacted them 10 15 times.. just getting the response tomorrow someone will call you. No body calls. I have funds in my accounts that is getting wasted. Worst service
