Dear Sir/Ma'am,
1. I purchased a Reebok Running shoes from Reebok dealer (shenall’s, Shop No 3/5/8 Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi-110010, Phone[protected] on 30/8/2014. Within a week or two of sparingly using the purchased shoe, the sole of the shoe started to fall off and the outer skin of the shoe started to peel off. Noticing the poor quality of the shoe, I approached the dealer(shenall's shoe store at the above mentioned address) to complain about the poor quality reebok shoe that he has sold. The person I spoke to was store salesman named Mr. Rajinder. His telephone number is ( +91-[protected]). He received the damaged shoe and said will speak to the owner and send it for reapirs. He also emphasised the fact that he will repair only the sole of the shoe and not the other worn out outer skin of the shoe. A week later I went to collect the shoe and observed that the dealer had not taken any effort to completely repair the sole of the shoe. It appeared that he just put a quick fix glue to repair the sole of the shoe. Not satisfied with the kind of service, I requested the dealer to repair the entire sole of the shoe and shoe skin that is peeling off. He retained the shoe and again just fixed the sole and returned the shoe saying that their store is not responsible for the Reebok product sold. I have taken pictures of the reebok shoes and the bill of sale as proof and enclosed the bill of sale for examination with this letter. I am no longer wearing the above referred shoe and preserved it to be shown to the authorities if demanded during the course of investigation.
2. I spent my hard earned money (Rs 1800) for purchasing a well known brand of shoe (Reebok) from shenall's shop in Delhi Cantt which is exclusively located in a area where defence personnel shop. The dealer is very very arrogant and is selling fake products to the customers and also tarnishing the image of Reebok and other well known brands.
3. In view of the above, it is requested to take strict action against the shenall's and direct them to return (Rs 1800) in cash alongwith charges Rs 1000 in cash incurred towards fuel, time and phone calls to the dealer and take back the fake reebok shoe that they have sold.
4. Please take a note about the existence of shenall's footwear who is selling poor quality/fake reebok shoes and tarnishing the name of well known brand Reebok.
