Myself sharad s nair from puducherry, have purchased a alto k10 on second hand on true value.. The staffs there present have no idea about any thing... Just give fake and wrong information about everything... They take so much time.. Days for processing the case after booking.. They promised me that they will change the ownership name and will clear it within 20 days.. But after completing 75 days they didnt clear the same... Just making fool of the customer.. And they told that free service coupon will be issued and the car should be taken after 1 month for free service.. But after completing 75 days they havnt issued any free service coupon or anything else... Very poor service by maruti service dealer in puducherry.. No customer satisfaction...
