Invited me and my wife for dinner in Tulip Hotel after calling us on the phone.
Said that we have to attend a 30-minute seminar and we'll be given free vouchers for movies and a free hotel stay.
Later it turned out they wanted us to pay Rs.1, 75, 000 to buy a holiday package.

We bought the package since the promises they made at that time were very lucrative.

Later they started framing new rules which were nowhere mentioned in the agreement and kept on delaying my bookings.

I had to create a 50-mail-long mail thread to finally book a hotel of my choice in Goa for a vacation.

Now, when I requested to redeem my flight voucher worth Rs.20, 000, they said that I could go ahead with the payment and they'll reimburse it.

Now by mail, they've confirmed that they have stopped the transaction for no valid reason.

This is a clear case of abuse.

I would like to get a complete refund of my package.
Also, no one in replying to mails and no calls are being answered.
