Shilpshaala on Instagram is a fraud and scam page. I placed an order for 2 silver nose pins and paid 2000 rs for the same. It’s been more than 8 months now and I still haven’t got my order. The Paytm account holders name was Krishna Rathi and he kept blocking me on all the platforms when I messaged asking for a refund. When I called him from another number this person started abusing me and when my husband threatened him that we will launch a complain he said go ahead do that I don’t care! Why are such people allowed to do business? Why is no action taken against such scammers. It’s a sincere request to help us get our money back and punish this person.
