Shilpshala — Havent received my order , its been more than 45 days

I have ordered dual v shaped silver ring from shilpshala and paid rs1700 via gpay. They replied to me initially but since last week no response and they have restricted the comments on Instagram too . I need refund. This seller is a fraud !!
