Shimla Satellite Cable Pvt Ltd , Khalini, Shimla — signal problem & services are very bad

There is signal problem but nobody attends to complaint . For last one month we are complaning but nobody attends it. For last two days cable is not coming and after so many complaints they have came & attended the complaint but basic problem of bad Signal is still there. There is no mechanism to attend the complaints and when we call there mobile no, either they do not attend or just say they will come but they do not turn up. Please look into it.
