Shine.com [ India Work Place ] — India work place are not provide Refund money

Sir, shine.com (indiaworkplace) did not refund money and not joining in AIIMS and I have to paid 1 lac amount which has not refund and In certificate mentioned this amount are refundable within 7 days but till now not refund atleast mobile phon switch off. Sir I would like to asking to starting it's fraud and cheat which didnot told that you have to pay for job approx 2 lac. Sir plz reply me and refund money immediately
