I received a call on 11 March 2023 from Shine.com for application booster services for which I paid Rs.3, 192/-, subsequently, Senior consultant asked me to pay Rs.5, 192/- guaranteeing to get a Sr. level job within 20 working days. However, he did not mention the total cost which should have been stated at the beginning of the first payment. I said please provide me the service which paid. I don't want extra service. He is rude and said we cannot provide job opportunities if you not paid the cost. Then said pls provide me the refund it is not possible. Very much disappointed about the fraudulent in name of job, verification et. Pls support for refund Rs 3192...
