I paid ₹18, 000 to a travel agency named Shine Travels on 26-May-2025 for a travel package booking. After receiving the amount, the agency stopped responding and has not confirmed any booking or refunded the amount. I have tried to follow up multiple times via phone and email but got no reply. It is clear now that I have been cheated.I have full proof of the transaction, including screenshots and account statements, and will share them with relevant authorities.
